Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
The property is availble from 15.00 on the day of arrival. Guests are expected to leave at 10.00 on the day of departure.
A refundable deposit of £75 is required to safeguard in the event of breakages or the house being left in an unclean condition.
The balance and the £75 deposit is payable one month before your departure date. We recommend that when you book you take out holiday insurance as if you do need to cancel within six weeks of departure, then regrettably you will be liable for the full rental cost. It just is not possible to find an alternative tenant in that time.
Instructions on how to find the house, useful tips, keys etc will be sent during the fortnight prior to your departure.
If you intend to travel with Brittany Ferries, we can arrange a discount on the normal fare.
What is not included - well towels and duvet coveres and thats about it.
